Volunteerism 2023 — A Successful After-Prom Event Takes a Village!
More parent volunteers (Grades 8-12) are still needed to assist with the May 13, 2023 after-prom event.

New Leadership — Recruitment 2023-24
The Chardon After Prom organization is also in need of new leadership for the 2023-24 school year! Visit the committee's WEBSITE for more information about open positions for 2023-24. Most of the positions can be split between two co-chairs, if you'd prefer to team up with a friend.
In addition to recruiting for leadership roles, all parents of students in grade levels 8-12 are encouraged to volunteer on the committee each year! Planning begins each fall with decorating workshops running from March through mid-May. Come see what it's all about!
Diversified — Re-Branding Coming Soon!
Did you know that the organization also funds scholarships and other schoolwide events and activities? Chardon After Prom will be re-branding to reflect its expanded mission!
Funding
Funding for Chardon After Prom is generated by concession sales at CHS football, soccer and basketball games — where the concession stand run entirely by parent and student volunteers. Chardon After Prom is also very fortunate to have the generous support of local businesses who help make the annual after-prom event a huge success each year.
