Dear KDG - Grade 7 Parents/Guardians:
If your child has received Title I services this school year and you would be interested in giving your feedback in a parent forum moderated by the District's federal programs coordinator this spring, please complete and submit the following form by clicking the link or QR code below:
This school year's event will take place on Monday, May 13, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. in the Large Group Instructional Room at Chardon Middle School (424 North Street - 44024) and will include a short presentation on literacy strategies for the home followed by a listening session in which we invite parents and guardians to share their thoughts about our Title I programming.
The first few families from each grade level who RSVP by filling out the form will receive a take-home summer learning book for their child the night of the event.
