The current Curriculum Supervisor and Director of Federal Programs for the Chardon Local School District has been in educational leadership for over eight years. Dr. Kelly Moran has served as a Literacy Coach, Assistant Principal, Principal, and Director of Curriculum working in both Lake and Geauga counties. She has presented at both state and national level conferences on the topics of literacy, teacher evaluation, and school leadership. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in elementary education from John Carroll University, a Master of Education in Educational Administration also from John Carroll University, and a Doctorate of Education in K-12 School Leadership from Youngstown State University with completion of a Superintendent's License. Her dissertation explored the influencing school-based factors on teacher empowerment.
