Picture Packages

Students should be bringing home picture packages today.  If you forgot to purchase a package, or love them so much you want more, you can still order them directly from Pastor Photography on their website by clicking HERE and entering our school code:  99631.  Retakes and group club pictures will be taken on Wednesday, October 16 for those who did not have originals taken or in the rare instance of those who want retakes.  If you are requesting retakes, the complete picture package must be returned along with a $5 processing fee.  

CMS Yearbooks

Just a reminder that CMS yearbooks are on sale through December.  We do not order extra yearbooks, so all sales must be completed before winter break.  To order a yearbook, please log-in to Infinite Campus and add yearbook as an optional fee to your child’s school fee account.  

To order your yearbook, log-in to Infinite Campus.  On the left-hand side of the screen click fees. Then click on the “manage accounts” folder (this is the tab next to the shopping cart).  From there you will click “optional payments.” You should be able to add “CMS Yearbook” to your cart and pay the fee. Please contact the main office with questions on this ordering process!  

CMS PTO Design Your Own Shirt Contest

This week every student was given THIS form and challenge to create a grade-level CMS shirt.  Encourage your child to let their creative juices flow and design a shirt their peers will wear for years to come!  Designs can be submitted to students’ homeroom teacher, or directly to the main office.  

Chardon Spirit Wear

Beginning this Monday, and every Monday and Thursday during students’ lunch periods, PTO will be selling Topper Spirit Apparel!  Check out pictures of available items on the PTO Facebook page to see what will be available! Cash or checks made out to CMS PTO will be accepted.  

Conference Scheduling

CMS fall parent/teacher conferences are right around the corner, scheduled to be held on 10/22, 10/28 and 11/6.  Teachers will hold individual conferences with interested parents, discussing their specific classes. Parents are welcome to sign-up for conferences with any or all of your child’s teachers.  If you have already met with or have established lines of communication with your child’s teachers, a parent may decide that this conference is not necessary at this time. Please know that we are happy to meet with parents at any time.

This year, all CLSD schools are using an on-line scheduling program, PTC Fast, to schedule conferences.  (Same program CHS has used for years, and 2nd year at CMS). Please click HERE to establish your account and to finalize the date and time of your meeting.  When you arrive the day of conferences there will be a list by each entrance to help you find the teachers’ assigned meeting locations.
